Partnership & Activation Strategy for John O’Leary Live Inspired – Soul On Fire

Led partnership and audience activation strategy ahead of the nationwide theatrical release of Soul On Fire, collaborating directly with John O’Leary and his team to mobilize their 2,600+ organizational partners.

Developed strategic campaigns, messaging frameworks, and rollout plans to convert community relationships into ticket sales, group bookings, and grassroots momentum—bridging inspirational brand storytelling with measurable box office impact.

Production Coordinator for Cardin Photography + Motion

Managed logistics across commercial and branded productions from pre-production through wrap, coordinating schedules, vendors, crew, and client communications. Served as a central liaison between creative and production teams to ensure projects ran smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Project Manager / Consultant for Etling Strategic Partners & John O’Leary Inspires

Responsibilities include: working closely with the production and the artistic teams to create presentations, program guidebooks, and digital content for the eventual theatrical release of the film. Serving as the project manager for the movie On Fire as it enters the next phase of the film lifecycle. Coordinating with investors and partners (WWT, Mercy, Cardinals Baseball, St. Louis University).
